Like many others, I ordered two XL shirts through a link I found on social media. The shirts and reviews seemed promising. I typically wear XL, but they appear to use a different sizing system (possibly European?). When I requested a refund, they offered to send me new sizes instead, suggesting I donate the smaller ones. The new size they provided was 5XL by their standards. I insisted on a refund, but they insisted on sending replacements. I decided to give it a shot. Although the new shirts fit, they were too boxy and looked nothing like the comfortable styles shown online. When I tried to return them, they provided a UK address for returns, despite shipping from NYC. They refused to let me return them there. The shipping cost to the UK was $50, while I only spent $59 on the shirts. They agreed to refund me 40%, but I countered for 50% just to resolve the issue. Now, 2-3 weeks later, I'm still reaching out about my refund. I'm considering filing a complaint with my credit card company.
