Like many others, I ordered 2 XL shirts through a link on social media. The shirts and reviews seemed promising. I usually wear XL, but it seems they have a different sizing standard (possibly European?). I requested a refund, but they insisted on sending me new sizes, suggesting I could donate the smaller ones. The new size they provided was 5XL according to their guidelines. Although I tried them on, they were too large and had an unflattering boxy fit, looking nothing like the images online. When I attempted to return them, they provided a return address in the UK, despite shipping from NYC. They refused to let me return them there; shipping to the UK would cost $50, while I only paid $59 for the shirts. They offered a 40% refund, and I countered for 50% just to resolve the issue. They agreed, but weeks later, I'm still trying to follow up on my refund. I'm considering filing a complaint with my credit card company.
