Wish I came across these other reviews before I made an order. I ordered in the Black Friday sale just before Christmas. It took a good 3 weeks to be delivered, once delivered I noticed that I’ve been sent the wrong bag a cheaper version! which is very similar to the more expensive one I paid for in the sale. The strange thing is that the tag said it was the bag that I ordered but it definitely wasn’t the quality and design was different as I double checked online. I reached out to customer service I didn’t receive an apology just a send it back if you’re unsatisfied. It’s just rude from this experience I won’t be ordering from Steve Madden again
