This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The promotional codes were misleading, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. When I called for assistance, I could barely understand the representative, who was sighing during our conversation. They advised me to purchase the item and then request a refund for shipping, which makes no sense given that the promotion offered free shipping. I will not be returning.
