I had a really positive experience buying a car from Toyota Colchester. Richard was very friendly & helpful on the day of viewing and test driving my desired cars, he was very informative when asked for information and I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions. Wrapping up the deal was very straight forward and he was flexible with sorting a day for delivery.I had a minor problem which he was very quick to rectify which was great. The only thing I would criticise on would be to maybe provide a welcome pack stating all the benefits you get when buying with Toyota, like the details of the warranty, breakdown cover etc. I know this is all online now but it would be good to receive on the day of collection /delivery to keep with the car log book. Apart from that, so far so good. I am a satisfied customer who absolutely loves my new car :)
