Disappointing.
Owned Toyota cars since 2007.

My wife went to the dealership with issues about screen wash tank (car < 1 year old) not filling up properly - she felt they did not take the issue seriously. I went back with a video of the problem and was told this was a design issue with all Toyota cars! Finally, they agreed to take it in when I refused to accept their response.

As a long time customer myself and my husband have been using the Aylesbury branch and have always had a good service purchasing new cars and service plans .
It's only been this year that the sales team have been constantly bombarding us with texts,calls and emails late in the evening . My mum also had a car with them and she has also had the texts and calls late at night with sales tactics that verge on rudeness.
In all honesty it makes us want to go elsewhere next time which is a shame .

Service Experience Needs Improvement

The vehicle was in for service, and I was informed it was ready for pickup. However, past experiences have shown that collection often takes more than 30 minutes. There were no advisories to go over, and since payment was handled through a service plan, I only required the key and pre-printed documents. Additionally, the seating for new customers is quite uncomfortable!

Terrible experience with a recent vehicle purchase

I purchased a 2022 vehicle from a local dealership in May 2025, advertised as having only 40,000 miles, but it actually had 41,184. They claimed it had 2 previous owners, but there were actually 4. From the moment I left the lot, I encountered numerous problems: the tyre pressure system malfunctioned, the left hub bearing was noisy, and the left shock absorber failed, forcing me to pay out of pocket due to lack of available repair slots. After replacing the shock absorber, I had to fix the alignment multiple times due to ongoing left-side issues. Both a workshop and a friend noted signs of an accident, which was unexpected as I thought buying from a reputable dealer would ensure a safe vehicle. Further investigation revealed a similar negative review from another buyer, confirming my concerns about being misled regarding the car's history. I reached out to the dealership, but their responses were frustratingly slow. Despite several follow-ups and providing evidence of the issues, it took weeks for my concerns to be addressed. Eventually, the manager offered a replacement vehicle, which seemed promising. However, after a long wait, the replacement still had issues like missing mats, uninstalled dash cams, and incomplete alloy repairs. A diagnostic at another dealership revealed the alloy was faulty, posing a serious safety risk, and I had to cover the diagnostic cost myself. When I contacted the manager again, he refused to reimburse me, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. Overall, this experience has been a nightmare, costing me time, money, and stress, especially since I intended to use the car for part-time taxi work, which has been delayed by six months. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone—it's been nothing but a scam, with false promises and a lack of regard for customer safety. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid if You Expect Timely Payments

Initially, I had no issues when obtaining my first and second vehicle through the service. I did receive numerous calls and emails regarding upgrades, which was somewhat bothersome but expected in business. After changing jobs and needing the car less, I obtained a settlement figure with the finance service. I was then contacted by the service, suggesting I return the car for a buyback. I explored other options but opted for convenience. On 27/10/25, I signed an agreement, and they assured me they would pay off the finance and return a small sum. With my next payment due on 3/11/25, I informed the finance department of the arrangement and canceled my payment. However, no payments have been made as of 6/12/25. I requested to speak with a manager but received no follow-up. After finally reaching out via email, I was told the payment would take up to 10 working days. That time has passed, and I was informed I needed a new settlement letter. I filed a complaint and submitted the letter, but still, no confirmation of payment has been received. They have had my car since 27/10/25, yet I am still expected to make payments on a vehicle I no longer possess, which adversely affects my credit. I have since acquired another car, expecting this to be resolved quickly. I strongly advise against selling your vehicle back to this service, as it leads to unnecessary stress and potential credit issues.

Disappointing Service Experience

I scheduled a service for my vehicle and was assured multiple times that recall work would be done the same day. I arranged a courtesy car based on this information. After dropping off my car in the morning, I discovered later that only the service was completed, leaving the recall work undone. I felt misled and was told to rebook for the recall, incurring additional costs for something that should have been handled initially. The service desk attitude felt dismissive, but when I requested a manager, the situation was resolved quickly. While I appreciate the manager’s assistance, the initial service experience was not satisfactory, and better communication is needed.
