We visited Bromsgrove branch to check out replacing our previously stolen Rav 4 , was originally looking for a replacement Rav 4 , but we wasn’t happy with the ones available . The salesman Elvis Norford , made our experience a very positive one , and introduced us to the new CHR , which we decided to have after a good deal . Elvis was very responsive to my daily e mails & on collection of the new car , made it a great experience , pulling out all of the stops .
