Had been dealing with another Toyota dealership in Staffordshire. Although they did most of the ground work in getting us to move from Mazda to Toyota, they were struggling to get the model and colour of car we were after. Could see on Autotrader that the Steven Eagell Chelmsford branch had a car that we were looking for. As we were down in Essex visiting family, decided to drop in and see the car. Found the staff to be really helpful, and following a test drive decided to look no further and buy the car.
