I have a 3 year old Toyota Proace Van and it has developed rust over the entire van. I took my van back to Steven Eagell who have serviced my van from new to be told the rust is from external factors and not covered on warranty. This is disgusting for any 3 year old vehicle and I only use it to drive to office and home. Steven Eagell’s excuse was heat spots whatever that is? Be warned do not buy a Toyota if you want a good warranty and don’t use Steven Eagell who have no loyalty to customers.
