Poor customer service-Worcester Branch. Paid a £100 holding deposit on a car. Didn't want the car after test drive. Told by salesman £100 would be refunded in 3 days. No money after 3 days. Contacted and told no, its 10 days. 10 days pass no money, contacted, spoke with 4 people all blaming accounts dept. Contacted after total of 14 days from initial, told another 48 hours. NO ONE RETURNED A CALL at any time. Extremely poor customer service from Worcester branch. Thank goodness I didn't purchase a car, who knows how it would have been dealt with. I know 'its only £100' but its MY £100. They were quick to take it, but don't seem to want to give it back. It had better be in my account in 48 hours!!!
