Wow, the dealership really stands out, for the wrong reasons!

I left a short negative review on Google and was asked to send an official complaint to feedback at steveneagell email address, but I have not received any response whatsoever. So, I am also putting my email here so it is not a waste of time for me.I bought a car last November and have had quite a disappointing experience with Steven Eagle Toyota Cambridge described below. I really regret buying a car from them. Toyota makes great cars, but the experience this dealership creates around it is so difficult and frustrating that it just doesn’t feel worth it.Here are details of my experience:Paid a £500 deposit to reserve a car listed on your website, was assured quick delivery, but faced repeated delays and poor updates.The car’s price was raised by around £900 online and wasn't marked as reserved. When the car arrived, I was casually asked to pay the higher price. Quite strange and unprofessional!!! But I firmly refused. It felt like they were just testing me—if I agreed to pay more, sure, why not! Car arrived with multiple scratches and swirl marks that couldn't be seen from online photos. Promised fixes but did not get them eventually!Initially received only partial service history. Requested PDFs but received scanned printed copies of two services only.Incorrectly claimed the service book was in the car; it wasn't, causing further delays and confusion.The full service history I received after purchasing the car showed some issues with the boot!I pre-paid £808 for the service—which I was told includes a courtesy car and car wash, effective marketing that convinced me to choose this option—but didn't receive either! To be fair, I was told on the day that a courtesy car needed advance booking, which wasn't communicated to me initially. Overall, the prepaid service cost ended up higher than if I'd booked the same service on the day. I arrived on time at 5:30 to pick up the car. I waited there for half an hour with no explanation. After that, when I politely asked for an estimate of how much longer I should wait, I experienced rude and unhelpful behaviour (just saying, "You should wait, and we will let you know."). I had to wait another half an hour, which I used to write the negative review.Overall, I feel like I don't want to walk into the dealership again.
