We have a Toyota Proace Verso wheelchair accessible vehicle. A rattle came in a rear side door panel. The vehicle was booked in ( under warranty) for a diagnosis on Monday this week (23.03.2025), the cause was found, the replacement part was ordered and the work was undertaken and completed today (28.03.2025). From making the initial call to book the car in, up to the work being completed, the customer service received was exemplary from the team at Bromsgrove. Whilst all the team contributed to the exemplary service provided, two individual members of staff deserve a special mention. Richard the technician, not only for his skill and expertise, but for his emotional intelligence and empathy, given the fact, the vehicle is used to transport a wheelchair user, and Victoria for her understanding, emotional intelligence, empathy and support when our daughter was with me whilst we were waiting for Richard to carry out the work.
