I went this morning for a check regarding the message I was getting on my Toyota Yaris that keys could not be located when you start the engine. There was only one assistant helping customers in the showroom. All the other staff were in upstairs offices. I waited for 15minutes asked several times to see somebody. I was told somebody will be with me soon. I waited for sometime more at least another 10 minutes but could not see somebody. By chance I saw this technician who was passing by and asked him if I could see somebody. He then went and got somebody from the service section and I explained to him the problem. He said it was to do with the batteries in the key fob. He said it would cost £15 for both the key fobs and went in to change the batteries. He came back after 15 to 20 minutes and asked me to pay £15.00 I said to him that why I need to pay when I have a service plan and the car was serviced not long time ago. He said he did not want to argue with me and threw the keys to me and went away. In my opinion this is not the way you treat your customers. Poor service experience and lack of courtesyL Jaffer
