My sister in law went to purchase a £17k Yaris today in the Rayleigh dealership. She loved the car and everything was going fine until after sitting down to do the paperwork she was informed that there was only 1 key. She assumed that another key would be provided by the dealership but was told that if she wanted another key she would have to pay an extra £200!Would maybe expect this on a £2k car but not £17kThey were not prepared to suffer the £200 and let my sister in law walk out of the showroom.I could not believe it when she got back in my car.All I can say is the Steven Eagell company can’t be bothered or must be making so much money to let a sale go for the sake of £200
