I initially spoke to Mark and he was very helpful in choosing a car to suit me and my family. He was professional, always welcomed me with a smile and showed brilliant customer service. Following my interactions with Mark, I was helped by Ali. Again, professional and a totally smooth handover from start to finish. Ali contacted me regularly and provided updates on the status of my vehicle and was always on hand if I had any queries. I went today to pick up my car and it was very organised, no waiting around. I feel the customer service received was second to none by not only Ali and Mark, but from the whole team at Toyota. All staff members are professional, very well dressed and welcoming. I would use this branch and any member from the team as I have full trust in Toyota Letchworth.
