Steven Eagell, Toyota Tamworth. Car went in for a service and they damaged an alloy wheel, left the auto parking brake not set in auto and left the air intake box not connected. Not only was this a very poor service but when they arranged for the repair of my alloy wheel which relied on me constantly chasing them for, I got a rude and blunt response saying the repair company will deal with you now, I’m not following it any further. I’ve complained to Steven Eagell head office via all the heads of the business, nobody responds, nobody cares, also sent the complaint to Toyota UK, they don’t respond, they don’t care. Next step is to complain with detail directly to Toyota Japan. This is how Steven Eagell Tamworth treat a customer who bought two new cars from them in less than one year. I’ve owned more than 25 Toyotas but I have bought my final car from them now. You don’t deserve my money.
