Tamworth Branch. It has been a farce since day one. Ordered a new Aygo X deposit was taken and order was lost because salesperson left the company causing 6 week delay. When car arrived it hadn't had the winter pack fitted which I was told that I would be informed when it arrived, 3 weeks later after hearing nothing I went to the dealership to ask about it, was told it arrived with the car and should have been fitted before collection. Whilst driving in wet weather I could hear a noise under the car, the splashguard had dropped down, breakdown was called and was told that the clips had come undone and although reattached the guard was damaged. Toyota Tamworth said that it wasn't covered by warranty and must pay £316 for a replacement. Disgusting service. Jake Young.
