Further to my previous reviews:Lo and behold the Protection Pack was finally fitted and a refund issued for the missing mudflaps.But for me the whole experience with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory to the extent that I’ve lost a lot of money but I have sold the car and gone for a different marque. I should have known when I turned up in May to collect this car the welcome message in the window of the vehicle had my name spelt wrongly- kind of sums up the entire experience!And yes I have sent my feedback to Steven Eagell - AGAIN!UpdateTwo years on and despite providing feedback to Toyota, I never heard another thing . So I got rid of the car and now happily drive a Renault and receive superb service from the dealer.
