Since the takeover of my local Toyota dealer in Kent from Marshall’s (with whom I was satisfied with), I have had a marked increase in the sales pitch via email, post and text messages. I’m pretty sure I only allowed contact via email when I was with Marshall’s and filled out the GDPR form for contact. So why am I being bombarded to buy a new car when my car is only just over a year old, this can’t be good for the environment replacing a car after a year! After reading these reviews and some more in Toyota forums it appears than Steven Eagell are not at the forefront with customer service, but it’s all about the money. So, it seems my Toyota Yaris will be the last Toyota I will own after 3 years is up, shame as I quite like the car, but Steven Eagell are not off to a great start with me…
