Took my 1 year old hilux for a Toyota recall and the week beforehand had 2 calls from customer services to make sure i was coming . Upon arrival they took my truck to another workshop somewhere on the estate and i sat around for over an hour only to chase them up how long and was told they cant get internet connection to download the recall programme .i thought we were in modern times all businesses had internet lol
