After booking my CHR in at Cambridge 6 weeks in advance on the day my MOT runs out, i thought it would be wise to check my booking is still okay the day before. So i check on messenger and they say yes all booked in you should get a call also to confirm. Happy days....or so i thought. i then get a call an hour later saying that they cant do my MOT because there is refurbishment work ongoing at the garage. So i try all the garages locally to myself and everyone is fully booked which is what youd expect with 1 day notice, so im stuck. i then call Toyota back and ask if they can give me a courtesy car and i leave mine there until it gets MOT carried out as it was their error......to which the reply was "unfortunately we dont have one and we dont give them out on saturdays sorry and the lift ramp is broken currently". to say im disappointed and frustrated is an understatement i could have been notified earlier. i have now booked locally and will have to do without my car which i rely on for a few days.
