I bought a brand new car in Feb 23 (£250.00 deposit) and sales agent told me that it will be available in some time in May.When I come beck to dealer to ask about my car delivery in 8th May then Same sales agent told me that its not been ordered by system and its not gonna be available until July. In between March to May I keep contacting him about not receiving purchase invoices or any documents about the purchase but he keep telling me that its been ordered and new system don't send any documents to owner until its arrived. So finally I fed up with his lies and cancelled my order and requested refund so he took unnecessary 2hours to cancelled the order and telling me that I will get my refund within a week.But again when I didnt received my refund after 10 days then visit him again. That time he told me that it will take 10 working days which is also lies.So finally after one three weeks when I come to see him for refund then he is not coming out of his office to answer my query. Oh another update, He finally come out saying its not his working day but he is here on his off day. All this happens when I told one of the sales agent that I am about to leave a review then he finally come out and telling me that he is going to call Account team to find out when I will get refund (which is next Wednesday 30th but today)....This time his sales manager knows so he or his manager won't be able to make an excuse about this matter when I will be beck next week.I will update you next week and let you know the outcome. Update for the payment. Today is 5th June and still no sign of payment. We'll done Toyota.So if you have unnecessary time to deal with this kind of service then feel free to visit them otherwise stay away.
