Ordered a new Toyota Yaris in October 2022 in Milton Keynes Steven Eagell Toyota. Original estimate arrival date was in March 2023. Called and emailed the salesperson a couple times in March about the latest schedule, but salesperson never call back and reply. Raised a complaint to Steven Eagell, eventually sales controller contact us for the latest schedule, and he promised will let another salesperson handle the case. Dealer is 'powerless' to get a delivery date from Toyota. The car was pushed to late July. Turnout the previous salesperson contact us to pickup the car. Now still cannot pickup the car due to paperwork not finish and cannot get in touch with both salesperson.The culture in Toyota is a mess. Thanks for the update Toyota GB, I have no confidence in the dealer at all.
