I bought a brand new Yaris from Cambridge Steven Eagell. The salesman agreed to give me a gift as a thank you for purchasing the car from them. So when I collected the car from them, it said the gift hasn’t arrive yet, so I have waited for few months. After few month, the salesman who sell the car to me has left the business. No one know what the salesman agreed. So I have contact the dealer for number of time, the answer alway is someone / manger will get back to me. Guess what ‘Never’. So at the end I need to pop in the dealership, another salesman kindly looking into it for me, and said will update me once it arrive. But it been more than a month now, still no news!! I sent him 2 separate email, no reply. Poor customer after sale service.
