The driver exhibited very aggressive behavior, reversing into my vehicle and refusing to share his insurance information. He threatened and used foul language in front of my 11-year-old son outside a school. I strongly advise against using this service if this is the kind of behavior exhibited by their drivers. Had to involve the authorities.
