I needed a taxi to pick up medicine and waited outside. After missing a call, I returned the call to the driver, who claimed he had waited for 10 minutes. I insisted he must have been at the wrong location, as there were no signs of him being there. The driver was rude and unwilling to acknowledge a misunderstanding, leading me to make other arrangements. I won't be using this service again.
