I was diagnosed with heart failure, was overweight and had a ton of back pain, I knew I had to do something to get better, and knew I couldn’t do it myself. I was so scared to start Steve’s program, (what if I couldn’t do it, what if it didn’t work etc). I waited a lot longer than I should have to send that first email, but I am here to tell you that sending that email has changed my life, not an exaggeration! Steve is the best, he is patient, kind and so knowledgeable. He has given me the tools to be healthy and strong, and has made it work with my everyday life. He said to me at the beginning “you will be amazed at what your body will be able to do”. I really figured it applied to other people, no way could I change that much. I was so wrong, I am stronger, thinner and healthier than I have ever been, and am still loving the program, and loving my life, doing things that I never thought i could. Don’t wait, send that email- you will not regret it!
