On my entry into the building I was greated and made to feel welcome in a lovely way and offered a drink of my choice. I was informed of different options available to me regarding my q follow and explained what I could expect from the process of servicing. I received my fully serviced machine in a 48 hour turn around including delivery to my door, also when I received it, it looks brand new which I didn't expect.
