St Frock is the worst online retailer I have even had the misfortune of purchasing from. The quality of the clothing is absolute rubbish, sizing is way off and they refuse to refund purchases. Only store credit. So you are stuck in a cycle of returning, using your store credit to buy another piece of rubbish, and having to return that, again, for store credit. There is nothing I want from that store, so they have effectively stolen my money. They also say you have 30 days to return - unfortunately this means from date of purchase, not date or parcel receipt. So if you live rurally, and your parcel takes more than a week to arrive, you only have a couple of weeks to make sure you get the return in. There is absolutely no leeway with any of these policies, they do not care as they already have your money.With the abundance of wonderful online shopping in 2026, it is only a matter of time before St Frock either goes under, or changes their archaic policies. Don’t purchase from them.
