Wasn't happy at all with purchased experience and communication !Within 24 hours after I've received the items and contact them, wasn't provided communication over the phone email or Web chat only and I ask for refund, wasnt happy with the items caused too big too long (obviously their garments made for specific size not regular or ordinary) eventhough I pick my size correctly, never had an issue with all other brands online or instore. Their reply only to provide Web credit eventhough only within 24 hours purchased which didn't fair for customer, it suppose work both way! It's very complicated service and unpleasant purchased experience! Never ever buy again for this business.
