I have previously used the service multiple times and found the quality to be consistently good, although dispatch could be slow. My latest order, placed in November 2025, was marked as 'in production' quickly since it was a repeat order with no new artwork needed. Now, in mid-January 2026, I have repeatedly requested updates on my order, but they have provided no timeframe at all. Consequently, I have sought legal advice and served legal proceedings on them today. I have been informed that they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which stipulates that goods must be delivered without undue delay, typically within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. Their failure to deliver within this period constitutes a breach of contract. I also noticed that they sent out a 20% discount code for new orders today, yet they have not fulfilled existing orders for which they have already taken payment. I will update this review if I receive my order, but I currently cannot recommend this company if you expect timely delivery.
