Disappointing Experience with the Service

I have used this service multiple times before, and the quality was consistently good, albeit sometimes slow in dispatch. My recent order, placed in November 2025, was a repeat order with no new artwork needed, and they quickly marked it as 'in production'. Now, in mid-January 2026, despite my numerous requests for an update on the delivery, they have provided no timeframe. Consequently, I have sought legal advice and initiated proceedings against them. I have been informed that they are in violation of consumer rights legislation, which mandates timely delivery, typically within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Their failure to deliver within this period is a breach of contract. Additionally, I noticed that they recently sent out a 20% discount code for new orders while failing to fulfill existing orders for which they have already received payment. I will revise this review if I eventually receive my order, but at this moment, I cannot recommend placing an order with this service if you expect timely delivery.

I have been informed that they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which stipulates that goods must be delivered without undue delay, typically within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. Their failure to deliver within this period constitutes a breach of contract. I also noticed that they sent out a 20% discount code for new orders today, yet they have not fulfilled existing orders for which they have already taken payment. I will update this review if I receive my order, but I currently cannot recommend this company if you expect timely delivery.
