Terrible business ethics. Purchased a tenor drum pad set for our son to practice on while he was in marching band. Ordered online which required full payment. Site said order could take 30 to 60 days to ship which was long but we were willing to wait based on reviews. We waited. And waited. About 3 months later, we contacted the company via email and got an automated response saying that they were back ordered due to popular demand. Each month, we sent another email but either got another excuse that the order was delayed, did not get a response, or the email address was not active and got an undeliverable message. Nobody answered the phone and so we continued to email using “sales”, “info” and other generic email addresses since the customer service was not responding. We eventually gave up and by the time we contacted our credit card company to submit a credit, our window of reverse charge had expired!Shame on the owners for taking all these orders without delivering. They moved to a new location, changed their business address and web address trying to hide from their customers! Hundreds are in the same position as we are as we joined a Facebook group that has disappointed buyers. Did I mention we ordered in Oct 2019? It is now 2024!
