I ordered bags months ago and have received nothing! I’ve reached out multiple times, and while they respond politely, they always provide new excuses. They say my choice is out of stock but will be available soon and that shipping from a US warehouse is causing delays. My order is supposed to come internationally, which will take longer (what happened to the US warehouse?). I believe this is a scam and will contact my credit card company for a refund. Very disappointed, as the bags looked adorable.
