I found these treasures on Instagram -(Instagram always knows what I love). Sticky Bestie who I now follow. I also interacted with Customer Service several times and they were amazing -quick and thorough. Since I have been following them Iโve noticed they have specials and discounts which is great!

I already published a review for my purchase in Septemberโ25 here on Trustpilot explaining my experience with Sticky Bestie as part of my order was not available anymore (which I got communicated by Sticky Bestie one month after ordering) and by now I havenโt gotten my money back for that charm. I shared in my review that I am waiting since 2 months for my money and that Sticky Bestie is not proceeding the refund. In Decemberโ25 Sticky Bestie reached out to me stating that I will get my money as soon as I have deleted my review on Trustpilot (!!!). I did so but still never gotten my money back. I reached out to them again several times but never heard back from them. I am shocked that a retail company is treating clients like this. Never buy there!
I had a terrible experience when I intentionally visited this site and ordered a bag around November 13, 2025. Before that, I asked if I could receive the item within 7-10 days. They said they could deliver it within the requested timeframe. But by then, I still hadn't received anything from this website. I messaged them, and someone replied that I wouldn't receive the item within that time. After a few minutes of chatting, I said they should refund me. Unexpectedly, from then on, their attitude became very unpleasant. No matter how many messages I sent via email or WhatsApp, they didn't reply and avoided me, while they uploaded pictures to sell their products every day. Now it's January 28, 2026, and I still haven't seen any responsible action regarding refunding my money??? Unlike when I ordered via text message, they responded very quickly... I went to the website and looked at the reviews. Coincidentally, many people were scammed, not just me. No more arguing. This is a fraudulent online shop; everyone should stay away from these scammers to avoid losing money, wasting time, and getting frustrated. SCAM
I placed an order on October 22, 2025, believing it would arrive in time for the holidays, but now it's January 14, 2026, and I still haven't received my items or my refund. In December, I was assured of a full refund, but now in January, they are reviewing the order and claiming they are short-staffed due to the new year. This is incredibly frustrating!
This service is a scam. I cannot recommend ordering from them. I placed a large order for Christmas gifts, and they never arrived. Despite my numerous emails, all I received were vague responses saying they were on their way. Nothing ever came. I urge you to steer clear of this service!

Here's a timeline of my issues: I placed my order on October 16th. On October 24th, I reached out via social media for a shipping update, providing my order number, but they asked for the same information again instead of responding. On October 25th, they claimed an update had been sent via email (which I never received). They mentioned my order would ship the week of November 9th and that a free extra bag would be included, as part of the offer. When I pointed out the lack of email updates, they ignored my concern and asked if I preferred split or full shipping instead. On November 12th, I inquired about the shipping details: when it would ship, which courier would be used, and for the tracking number. None of my questions were addressed; they just repeated their previous question about shipping preferences. On November 22nd, I reiterated my desire for the full order together and reminded them that the shipping date had passed, yet still received no clear response. On November 23rd, they informed me that one of the items was no longer available, but they didnโt clarify which. I suggested a replacement and attached an image, which went unanswered. Later, they contradicted themselves by stating they did have the item available. I again requested tracking details, which I never received, and the communication became increasingly confusing. On November 24th, they claimed my order was ready to ship and that I would receive tracking soon, but I never got any tracking information before the package arrived. Finally, on November 29th, the package arrived, missing one of the six items and containing an incorrect color/print for one item. When I asked about the missing item, they did not respond. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation, their replies only contradicted previous messages. The final communication was both rude and concerning. When I mentioned leaving a negative review, their response was dismissive, suggesting I shouldn't do so if I wanted a replacement bag. Key Issues Faced:
