I already published a review for my purchase in September’25 here on Trustpilot explaining my experience with Sticky Bestie as part of my order was not available anymore (which I got communicated by Sticky Bestie one month after ordering) and by now I haven’t gotten my money back for that charm. I shared in my review that I am waiting since 2 months for my money and that Sticky Bestie is not proceeding the refund. In December’25 Sticky Bestie reached out to me stating that I will get my money as soon as I have deleted my review on Trustpilot (!!!). I did so but still never gotten my money back. I reached out to them again several times but never heard back from them. I am shocked that a retail company is treating clients like this. Never buy there!
