I am a huge fan of Stila cosmetics. First, I love their packaging. It looks extremely eye-catching and it seems very luxe. I also love the formulas of their products. Their lingerie primer is to die for, and their liquid eyeshadows are as smooth as silk without any creasing whatsoever with or without an eye primer. I will also say I adore their customer service, as well. My last large order contained a liquid eyeshadow that came apart when I tried to open it. Customer service was apologetic, friendly, and gracious. They issued me a refund even though I had been going through such hard times (family issues), I was unable to follow up with them. Originally, I sent them an email, and I left them a message explaining the problem, they got back to me, I sent them pictures, and then I forgot all about them. I noticed I had a refund on my bank account when I was going over my statements one day, and I was shocked. They issued the refund without me having to even ask for it. I would’ve much rather had a replacement, but I thought it was so cool they chose to refund me and make me whole since I did not respond back to them. I am forever grateful for this. It seems like something quite small, but this proves this is a company you can definitely trust, and that’s what this site is all about isn’t it? Thank you Stila! You are a reputable, trustworthy, and honest company who makes amazing products for all skin tones!
