Zoe was very helpful when I was concerned that, although my order wasn’t late, it seemed to have not moved at all for a few days, and I was wondering if it was lost.I reached out to Customer Service and Zoe responded very quickly. While she was looking into what was going on with my order in the Postal Service, it arrived that same day. I really appreciated Zoe‘s quick response and reassurance that she would immediately look into the situation for me even though my package wasn’t technically late.Zoe was kind, friendly, professional and efficient. I was very impressed and reassured by her quick response and attention to my concern. I highly recommend this company for their customer service and beautiful products!
