I appreciated my interaction with Zoé in regards to my order which never arrived. She was professional, understanding, and fast in making the situation right. I was impressed with her customer service!
My only "complaint" is that I contacted the company twice before it appeared that someone looked more closely at the situation (I received responses to my emails, but they felt automated). A day after I received the 2nd email, Zoé initiated contact with me and quickly handled the situation by looking into it more closely and making sure I would receive my order as soon as possible.
Overall, I appreciate how the situation was handled and highly recommend the company.
I’ve really enjoyed Still&Slow’s coloring books. It gets me off my phone and doing something calming and creative. I reached out to their customer service about a return/exchange and they were very helpful and responsive. Great customer service. I highly recommend. I just received a spiral bound book and I’m so excited to try it out with alcohol markers which are my favorite for seamless blending.
I placed an order on December 6, 2025, and while they were shipped shortly after, I still haven't received them. Customer service has been unhelpful regarding the status of my package. I've requested a full refund urgently, but now I'm being ignored by the service. Very dissatisfied with this experience!
I bought 3 books for myself and just ordered another for my granddaughter. I also got black and colored markers, but encountered an issue with the colored ones being dried out and having loose lids. I reached out to the customer service team, and Zoe responded right away. She promptly sent replacements. Despite the initial hiccup, the customer service is exceptional! I will certainly be ordering more, as I really enjoy their products.
I ordered products and received a shipping notification within 24 hours. However, a week later, there was no update. The items hadn’t even left the facility. I reached out but received no reply. They deleted my comment on social media, and when I contacted them again, they requested I sign paperwork stating I never received anything, despite the shipping status showing it hadn't shipped. I feel like this service is a scam and I won't be giving them my signature. It’s been nearly a week past the expected delivery date, and they still haven’t responded or addressed my inquiries on social media. Horrible customer support. After looking into the company, it seems this is typical.
I placed an order on November 11, and it’s now November 26, yet I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I emailed the company twice for updates, but there’s been no response. The tracking information is inconsistent—sometimes it says it’s in transit and arrived in the UK, and today it says it’s still in China. Quite disappointing!

The coloring book arrived in a flimsy envelope, and it was badly creased and crooked. This was meant to be a gift and was not in acceptable condition. I contacted customer service and sent photos of the damage, but they were unhelpful. I should have trusted my instincts and ordered from another platform for quicker delivery and a better book at a lower price! I waited so long for this book that I almost forgot I ordered it! Never again.
