AT LEAST I RECEIVED MY ITEMS. I'M FROM LATAM. HERE'S A SUMMARY OF THE ISSUES WITH THIS PURCHASE: 1: THE NIB OF MY PEN IS OFF-CENTERED, WHICH MAY NOT BE FIXABLE. I CHOSE NOT TO BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO SAVE $67, opting for a store I trusted instead, hoping to get a functional item on my first attempt. EVIDENCE IS HERE: imgur com/a/YP3j0Kq (ADD A DOT BETWEEN THE R AND THE C) 2: I WAS PROMISED FREE SHIPPING, BUT UPS CHARGED ME $50 FOR HANDLING ON MY $250 ORDER, IN ADDITION TO THE TAXES I HAD ALREADY PAID. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDED, BUT SEEMED UNINFORMED. I REQUESTED THEY CONTACT UPS, BUT THEY DID NOT. I ONLY FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS CHARGE THE NIGHT BEFORE DELIVERY, SO I HAD TO SCRAMBLE FOR FUNDS. THIS ISSUE WAS MORE ON UPS'S SIDE... 3: I REQUESTED CAREFUL PACKAGING DUE TO THE DELIVERY LOCATION AND INKS, BUT THEY DIDN'T USE BUBBLE-WRAP, AND ALL ITEMS WERE SHIFTING IN THE BOX. THEY INCLUDED A FOLDED PAPER, WHICH DIDN'T HELP MUCH... 4: I WAITED OVER A YEAR FOR THIS SALE, BUT MY ITEM WAS NOT INCLUDED. IT WAS ALREADY ON SALE, THOUGH SIMILAR IN PRICE TO ANOTHER STORE. OTHER STORES APPLY SALES TO FINAL COSTS, INCLUDING DISCOUNTED ITEMS. THIS PEN WAS $67 CHEAPER AT THE SOURCE. WITH 4 POINTS DEDUCTED, THE FINAL RATING IS 5-4=1 STAR.
