Hello Team, I am reaching out about my recent order. I purchased a special item as a gift for my partner, but it seems to be held up at customs. The fees are significantly higher than I expected, which I cannot manage right now. Unfortunately, this means I won't be able to accept the package. I would like to inquire about the return process and whether I should refuse the delivery to facilitate the return. I apologize for the inconvenience, as I truly wanted this gift to be delivered. I am reaching out about my recent order. I purchased a planner as a special gift for my girlfriend, but unfortunately, the package is currently held up at customs. The fees and taxes being requested are significantly more than I expected, and I am unable to cover these costs right now. Due to this financial issue, I will not be able to receive the package. AT LEAST I RECEIVED MY ITEMS. I'M FROM LATAM. HERE'S A SUMMARY OF THE ISSUES WITH THIS PURCHASE: 1: THE NIB OF MY PEN IS OFF-CENTERED, WHICH MIGHT NOT BE FIXABLE. I AVOIDED BUYING DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO SAVE $67, CHOOSING A REPUTABLE STORE INSTEAD, HOPING FOR A WORKING ITEM ON THE FIRST TRY DUE TO THE DIFFICULTY OF GETTING PRODUCTS HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDED TO MY INQUIRIES, BUT THEY SEEMED UNINFORMED ABOUT THE SITUATION. I REQUESTED THEY CONTACT UPS, BUT THEY DID NOT. I ONLY LEARNED ABOUT THIS EXTRA CHARGE THE NIGHT BEFORE DELIVERY, SO I HAD TO FIND THE FUNDS QUICKLY TO AVOID MISSING THE PACKAGE. THIS ISSUE WAS MORE ON UPS'S END... 3: I REQUESTED CAREFUL PACKAGING DUE TO THE DELIVERY LOCATION AND THE INKS INCLUDED, BUT WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE, THE INKS WERE NOT PROTECTED BY BUBBLE-WRAP, AND ALL ITEMS WERE MOVING AROUND IN THE BOX. THEY ONLY INCLUDED A FOLDED PIECE OF PAPER, WHICH DIDN'T PROVIDE MUCH PROTECTION... 4: I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER A YEAR FOR THIS SALE, BUT MY ITEM WAS EXCLUDED (UNLESS YOU CONSIDER THE OTHER ITEM THAT WAS SPECIFICALLY NOT INCLUDED). IT WAS ALREADY ON SALE, THOUGH IT WAS SIMILAR IN PRICE TO ANOTHER STORE. I NOTICED THAT OTHER STORES APPLY SALES TO FINAL COSTS, INCLUDING DISCOUNTED ITEMS. ON TOP OF THAT, THIS PEN WAS $67 CHEAPER AT THE SOURCE. SO, WITH 4 POINTS DEDUCTED, THE FINAL RATING IS 5-4=1 STAR. PLEASE KEEP ME UPDATED ON HOW I CAN HELP YOU IMPROVE THIS EXPERIENCE.
