I am revising my earlier one-star review to give a clear and accurate account of my experience. When I wrote that initial review on the seventh of this month, I had not received any delivery. Since then, I have received two separate deliveries, both of which were severely delayed due entirely to DHL’s mishandling. Because of these unacceptable delays, both deliveries had to be disposed of.Throughout this entire situation, Stilton Butchers have been exemplary. I have spoken with several members of their team, and every interaction has been courteous, respectful, and genuinely focused on resolving the problem. They arranged a full replacement after the first failed delivery, ensured it was dispatched as promised, and honoured every commitment they made.I regret leaving my original one-star review, as it did not reflect the conduct of Stilton Butchers. My criticism lies solely with DHL, whose negligence caused both deliveries to be rendered unusable. Stilton Butchers acted professionally at every stage and could not have done more to rectify the situation. DHL, shame on you!!
