Do Not Buy From Stimulicat - False Advertisement!

1. My order took more than TWO WEEKS (!) from the time of order to the time of delivery, with wonky and unreliable tracking information (honestly, I thought my order had gotten lost or mis-delivered). There was nothing communicated on the website nor with my order placement that informed me I should expect such a significant delay. When I notified the company of this, they provided no explanation or compensation.2. Contrary to what the website explicitly advertises - that their pet harnesses are “adjustable to fit every cat perfectly” - in fact they are NOT AT ALL ADJUSTABLE (!), which was confirmed to me in an email from customer service … WTF?!? Does that not defeat the whole point of an effective pet harness: to fit the cat securely to prevent escape?!? THIS IS EXPLICITLY FALSE ADVERTISING!!!3. Because the pet harness couldn’t be adjusted to securely fit my cat, I couldn’t use it and wanted to return it … only to learn after going through the return process (that mind you must be completed within 30 days of purchase, which meant within about 10 days of me actually finally receiving it!) that THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING TO GUANGDONG, CHINA!!! While the return & refund policy stating that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping is buried on their website, nowhere do they indicate that they ship directly from/to China (the return address is provided via email once a return request is processed). In fact, the company address listed on the website is located in the U.S. (Delaware), so it’s very misleading! I spent WAY TOO MUCH on a pet harness THAT I CAN’T EVEN USE (!) - $37.95 - AND CAN’T GET REFUNDED because the cost to return ship it exceeds the cost of the item.4. The ONLY reason why I gave Stimulicat even one star is because their customer service did respond sufficiently to my inquiries via email. Otherwise, they get ZERO stars.
