I'd gladly give 5 stars but communication is extremely frustrating. I was contemplating rejoining Stitch-Fix after a 2 year break, I browsed, loved a few articles & next thing I knew, a fix was on its way..to my old address where I haven't lived for 2 years. Luckily, the woman who bought my house mailed it to me. I am an elder but I can maneuver a website fairly well. Not this time. Now the items I returned seem to be taking the long way. I've received 3 emails telling me they haven't made it and I'll be charged for items I don't want.
I mailed them over 2 weeks ago, in the designated bag and address label.
I feel that having a real live person to talk to (when there's a problem) or at least an email address that accepts responses (all of mine bounce back) would be helpful.
