The stylists really look at your input and feedback to shape the looks they send. I was impressed with the entire box, and didn't send a single item back (except to exchange a size). Super positive experience that I highly recommend - especially for people like me who don't enjoy shopping. The whole process was collaborative, fun and a huge value.
The selections were thoughtful and nice quality. This save me so much time and frustration with shopping on my own. I am looking forward to building my wardrobe with stitch fix!

I'd gladly give 5 stars but communication is extremely frustrating. I was contemplating rejoining Stitch-Fix after a 2 year break, I browsed, loved a few articles & next thing I knew, a fix was on its way..to my old address where I haven't lived for 2 years. Luckily, the woman who bought my house mailed it to me. I am an elder but I can maneuver a website fairly well. Not this time. Now the items I returned seem to be taking the long way. I've received 3 emails telling me they haven't made it and I'll be charged for items I don't want.
I mailed them over 2 weeks ago, in the designated bag and address label.
I feel that having a real live person to talk to (when there's a problem) or at least an email address that accepts responses (all of mine bounce back) would be helpful.
I have been a Stitch Fix customer for several years now and continue to look forward to my regular shipments! I have been fashioned by the same stylist for quite some time now and feel like she knows my style and always finds beautiful pieces that complement me! Returning items couldn’t be easier! The return packaging has prepaid postage and requires no waiting in line at the post office! Simply walk in, leave it on the postage counter, and you’re right back out the door! Give Stitch Fix a try!
My first experience with this company and it was great. Everything fit great, looked great and is high quality. I asked for clothing for an upcoming conference and my stylist nailed it with her selections for my "casual but business like wardrobe".
I would like more youthful clothes. Style is a bit conservative. I think the cloths are nice but I would like to see national brands like Levi, gap newbalence izod. I would like to see better pricing. Short sleeve shirt $90? Macy's has better pricing.
This was my first experience with StitchFix and it was great. The pieces were fresh and what I was looking for. Even though I kept 3 out of the 5, the picks were still good, just didn’t fit my body type. The pricing was about average too. I like that you’re not obligated to buy anything but can get a discount on what you do.
I was pleasantly surprised with the items I received. As a petite I find it challenging to find nice clothes as an older woman . I kept a couple of the items and am very pleased. Thinking about trying it again!
StitchFix has been wonderfully responsive to concerns and issues and is completely customer and experience oriented. When my first two deliveries didn’t yield anything that worked for me, they offered another free fix. You get the feeling that they are really trying to make sure customers walk away satisfied.
I love getting my stitch fix box! My clothes always fit perfect and are cute and trendy. I usually save money by purchasing the whole order shipped to me & getting 20% off. My husband gets his own Stitch Fix too.
