A few issues have arisen and been resolved by St Modwen, but since they sold to Miller Holmes you don't even get a acknowledgement of email's, messages sent. 7th October 25 - Facebook message sent (St Modwen business chat), no response9th October 25 - Email sent (hocs at stmodwen), no response28th November 25 - Email sent (nwcustomercare at stmodwenhomes), no responseCouncil won't adopt the estate due to the state of the roads so now we are stuck in limbo with an estate which is slowly being left to rot.Issues ignored.......- broken street lights, - fence falling over next to the park, - drains full of last year and this years leaves- weeds growing through the pavements- weeds growing in the gutters- overgrown pathsTerrible, terrible non existent customer service
