Just an update. This representative has never ignored a message but does not answer the phone. They have received the golf clubs back but still have my £400. They keep promising a refund and have asked for my details, which I provided, but still no refund. They also claimed to send me balls as compensation, but I received nothing. Unless you can afford to lose money, I would strongly recommend staying away. It feels like theft; they have my money and the clubs. AVOID. This is the first time I’ve been ripped off online.
