Review Time
This is a deceptive service that took over £500 from me without sending the golf clubs I ordered. They have retained my money and are writing their own positive reviews online, but if you check other platforms, you'll find numerous negative comments. They make various excuses to avoid responsibility, and I've been trying to recover my money for more than six weeks. I've reported them to the relevant authorities; please avoid them at all costs and don't repeat my mistake.
I had a wonderful experience with the service. Friendly communication and prompt responses to my inquiries. We agreed on a trade-in for some older golf clubs I no longer used, and the driver and head cover I received are in immaculate condition. It was advertised as being in good shape, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a nearly brand new club! Very satisfied, thank you.
Just an update. This representative has never ignored a message but does not answer the phone. They have received the golf clubs back but still have my £400. They keep promising a refund and have asked for my details, which I provided, but still no refund. They also claimed to send me balls as compensation, but I received nothing. Unless you can afford to lose money, I would strongly recommend staying away. It feels like theft; they have my money and the clubs. AVOID. This is the first time I’ve been ripped off online.
The representative was excellent to deal with. Very sincere, answered all my questions before my purchase, and always responded within minutes. I bought an iron set from them, and they did not disappoint. 10/10 would recommend.
