I have been trying to get someone, anyone, to reply to any of my emails with no luck, as there is no customer service phone number. My child had outgrown Stockpile, and transferring to another brokerage wasn't going anywhere with these providers, so we decided to sell the stocks and open a new account elsewhere. We are now locked out of our account and have no access to our funds, and we can't get anyone to respond. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Stockpile replied with a generic response that they have someone assisting me, which is an outright lie. I'm afraid we will now have to seek legal counsel in order to regain access to our account. We have used Stockpile for years and never had any issues until now. Do not give these people your money.
