I have purchased from this company in December 2025, but the caps didn't match the sprayers as they were screw caps, not suitable for a spray neck.I notified the company, purchased the matching sprayers and asked for a return and refund.First I was told that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee and pay for the postage by myself.Since any EU online seller has to accept withdrawals within 14 days the restocking fee is unlawful and I told them so, but sent the item back at my cost.My tracking proves the item has been delivered back 5 weeks ago, but I still have not received my refund of about 105 €.I have emailed several times but they have nothing but multiple excuses.I am going to escalate the case with PayPal now, as this is absolutely unacceptable.
